USED 1986 Trawler Present Yacht Oceania 35

This is a 1986 classic Trawler with two cabins and two heads
(master stateroom is aft), a salon/galley, an open sundeck with
Bimini top, and a full enclosure on the upper bridge - Sunbrella
Captain Navy new 2018-2019). It has a Seaward Princess electric stove (3 burner and oven) a Vitrifrigo AC/DC refrigerator/
freezer and microwave. On the sundeck, there is a crane (for
ease of mounting dingy outboard), cushioned outdoor lounges,
teak tables, director chairs with covers and a barbecue with
tank. Multiple sets of safety equipment are placed throughout
the boat including PFD’s, throwable flotation devises, fire extinguishers, leak prevention plugs/tape, etc. and electronic distress flare along with standard required equipment.
The topsides decks, including decks and fly bridge, were renovated and rebuilt by Boulet Lemelin Shipyard, Quebec City in
2015. Among other renovations, the teak decks were removed
and replaced with fiberglass and non-skid flooring. At the same time all original port holes were replaced with Stainless Steel
equivalents. The final step of the update was a complete paint
job with AWL GRIP.

All cushions have been re-upholstered with Sunbrella fabric including lower galley and upper helm.
A maintenance log has been maintained by the current order and the previous owner starting with engine hours of approximately 3100
hours. This log contains all maintenance performed and fuel
consumptoon. Fuel consumptoon at cruise is approximately 1
1/2 gallons per hour. Cruise MPH ranges between 7-8 mph.
LADYJANE is a freshwater boat never knowingly been operated
in salt water. Even though it is a Florida registered boat it has
never been there.

go. It is economical to operate, very reliable and well suited for
either mooring or dockage along the way. It has spent the last
summer cruising within the Thousand Islands and the previous
3 summers cruising the Great Lakes.
